We believe that Emergency Medicine should not only be focused on the patient but that it includes customer service to the physicians and the community where the hospital is located. Our strategy when acquiring a new ED management contract varies on the hospital, services offered, location and contract agreement.
With customer service being such an integral part of EliteER, upon acquiring a new management contract, EliteER completes a full assessment of the ER process. EliteER brings in their highly trained specialists in operations, practice management, customer service and ED flow patterns. We look for ways to improve the over-all patient experience when being treated in the Emergency Department from registration to check-out.
We gather information on processes and ways to improve the efficiency of service. We put an emphasis on reaching out to local physicians and listen to what areas they would like to see the ED improve in.
